Whew! Let me tell you; I’ve had the WORSE time with my PC. The motherboard blew out months ago during a storm. Multiple trips to BestBuy and a lot of money later, I had a basically a new broken computer, that was still giving me boot loops and a headache. That was until I took my PC to Scott. He was able to figure out the ram sticks that Best Buy had me buy were not compatible with my CPU (Which Best Buy also had me buy). He was able to fix the issue and communication with him was very easy, as he was giving updates to all stages of the process. It’s been more than 2 weeks and still no issue. I can say he solved the problem. Hopefully I don’t have any future blue screen problems, but if I do, no more Geek Squad, only Revival Tech!
